In the above-named paper there are two typos in the abstract and last page. The 95.5 ${\rm mW}/{\rm cm}^{3}$ should be 95.5 $\mu{\rm W}/{\rm cm}^{3}$ . The calculation based on the power output and the volume of the device. The dimension of the device is shown in the following figure:
