Питання охорони і використання інтелектуальної власності в сучасних умовах переходу до ринкових відносин починають відігравати все важливішу роль у комерційній, підприємницькій і виробничій діяльності підприємств та установ України усіх форм власності. The issues of protection and use of intellectual property in the current conditions of transition to market relations become an increasingly important in the commercial, business and productive activities of enterprises and institutions of Ukraine of all forms of ownership.
