According to the technical scheme for solving the problem, the composite dewatering device comprises a well tube, a vacuum pump, a submersible pump, a drainage pipe and a water pump, and is characterized in that: the well tube is arranged below the ground; the lower part in the well tube is provided with the submersible pump which is hoisted through a steel wire placed on the ground; the submersible pump is connected with a power supply on the ground through a cable; a water outlet of the submersible pump is connected to the water pump on the ground through the drainage pipe; a sealing device is arranged on a wellhead of the well tube; a vacuum pipe which is connected with the vacuum pump is arranged in the port on the well tube; and a vacuum gauge extends deep into the well tube through the wellhead sealing device. The composite dewatering device has the advantages of simple structure, safety, reliability, low construction cost, capabilities of effectively shortening construction period, improving the safety for civil engineering construction, improving the construction environment, quickening the construction progress and saving a large amount of investment in manpower and material resources, and good economic benefit and social benefit.
