The utility model discloses an anti-misoperation cutting anastomat which comprises a nail propping base, a nail bin, a bracket for supporting components and a nail pushing device for pushing seam nails in the nail bin, wherein multiple seam nails are arranged in the nail bin; the nail pushing device comprises a pushing piece, a nail pushing sledge and nail pushing particles; the nail pushing particles in the nail bin directly act on the seam nails; the nail pushing sledge is initially positioned at the initial position of the nail bin; the front part of the nail pushing sledge pushes the nail pushing particles; a hasp bridging with the front end of the pushing piece is arranged at the rear part of the nail pushing sledge; the rear end of the pushing piece is connected with a sliding block; a locking boss is arranged at the front part of the pushing piece; a clamping groove is formed in the bracket between the locking boss and the nail pushing sledge; a pushing piece elastic piece is arranged on a guide block; when the anastomat is in the initial state, the pushing piece is pushed forward, the front end of the pushing piece bridges with the rear part of the nail pushing sledge, the locking boss passes through the clamping groove, the pushing piece pushes the nail pushing sledge to the front end of the nail bin, the nail pushing sledge is retained at the front end of the nail bin through the nail pushing particles in a clamping manner, and the pushing piece is reset backwards; when the pushing piece is pushed again, the pushing piece cannot bridge with the nail pushing sledge, the pushing piece elastic piece presses the pushing piece downwards, and the locking boss falls into the clamping groove to lock the pushing piece. The anti-misoperation cutting anastomat can prevent pushing an empty nail bin by mistake.
