Establishment and Application of Multiplex PCR Method for Rapid Detection of Main Food-Borne Pathogens

2010
A multiple groups of multiplex PCR(MGMP) method for rapid detection of main food-borne pathogens was established using PCR technology.Specific primers of tested food-borne pathogens were designed, and multiple pairs of primers and multiple DNA templates were added into the reaciton system;PCR reaction conditions were optimized with orthogonal experiments to carry out the specific primers PCR amplification. The results showed that the MGMP method for rapid detection main food-borne pathogens was established. And the expermental results are exactly in agreement with the actual facts of all food-borne pathogens tested and analogue samples with the appearances of specific amplified bands. Therefore, the MGMP method for rapid detection meet the design requirements, and could be wildly applied to detection in unexpected public health incidents and daily common samples.
