Six kittens from both sex with four weeks old, and negativas for T. gondiiby IFAT, were infected with approximately 1,5 x 103 cysts of T. gondii, originated froin brains of albino mice chronically infected. Cats were clinically examined, twice a day, during three days before being infected experimentally and till the end of the experiment. They had.the followed clinicai signs as ruffled coat hair, bilateral ocular purulent secretion, and soften teces. Fecal examination was performed during 15 DAl, where kittens shed oocysts from three to eight DAl with greatest elimination at tive DAl. Total oocysts counts was 2.5 x 1 os of total teces eliminated . during the experiment.
