The invention discloses a manufacturing method of zinc-aluminum alloy clad layer prestress steel strands. Firstly, high-carbon steel wire rods are selected and subjected to acid pickling, parkerising and drawing in sequence and then subjected to galvanization, the line moving speed is 20-28 m/min, steel wires enter an open-fire furnace so that the organization of the steel wires can be improved, and the steel wires are subjected to alkaline washing, water washing, acid pickling and water washing in sequence; secondly, the steel wires are subjected to assistant plating, drying and galvanization operation in sequence; thirdly, assistant plating, drying and zinc-aluminum alloy layer galvanizing are conducted, the steel wires are subjected to finishing, stranding and stabilizing, and then the steel strands are manufactured. Compared with the prior art, the manufacturing method of the zinc-aluminum alloy clad layer prestress steel strands has the advantages that on the basis of improving the corrosion prevention capability, the steel strands with higher strength, higher tenacity and better anti-fatigue performance can be produced, qualitative improvement is made on the aspects of corrosion resistance, strength, tenacity, anti-fatigue performance and service life of the steel strands, and the effective service life of the steel strands in the bridge building is greatly prolonged.
