Separation method of insect pathogenic nematode symbiotic bacteria

The invention discloses a separation method for entomiasis initial line insect symbiosis fungus. Under the asepsis condition, it includes such steps as using disinfector to disinfect the surface of entomiasis initial line insect, then swashing by asepsis water, spreading the insect after disinfecting on the NBTA culture medium flat; cultivating under a certain condition, releasing symbiosis fungus to form blue green colony, the dyestuff in the culture medium around the colony would being absorbed and turned to yellow. After repeating purification, the entomiasis initial line insect symbiosis would be available. The method is simple and easy. After separating, the original symbiosis fungus would be gained.
