The mounting and detaching structure of the ink cartridge (30) includes: a membrane components (43) displacing toward the volume change direction of the ink flow path (58); a coil spring ( 55) for applying force to the membrane component in the volume augmented direction of the ink flow path; a sliding part (50), pressing the membrane component in the volume reduced direction of the ink flow path when mounting the ink cartridge (30); and a coil spring (52) for applying force to the sliding part (50) in the pressing direction. The acting force to the sliding part produced by the coil spring and the air pressure in the concave part (49) is set up to be larger than the acting force to the membrane component produced by the coil spring when mounting the ink cartridge, and to be smaller than the membrane component produced by the coil spring when dismounting the ink cartridge.
