La implementación de tecnologías de la información y comunicaciones en el sistema electoral colombiano, un reto organizacional

In this essay the historical, legal and regulatory developments in the Colombian electoral system shown summarizes the problem that has arisen regarding the reliability and transparency in the elections as the Electoral Organization is based on the implementation of Information Technology and Communications to mitigate problems and fraud that occurred over 150 years. It also outlines how the organization has a focus on the citizen is reflected through new services and provides that the reliability of this to the entity. Finally the challenges faced by various actors involved in the electoral system is displayed.
