Development of a kind of steel electrode with high strength and toughness stainless

The development process of the high strength and high toughness stainless steel electrode was introduced in this paper.Technical specifications such as alloy system and metallurgical structure,alloying elements and major strengthening elements,and formulation design of electrode coating were analyzed.The recipe was fixed based on much experimental research,and then a series of tests proved that the electrode could meet the requirements of designing targets.
