PCR based replicon typing of plasmids of MDROs: A review

antibiotics are therapeutics agents that are used to minimize the harmful bacterial infections. Antibiotic resistant bacteria are an ever increasing therapeutic problem. The major spot light of this study was to characterize the antibiotic resistant plasmid from clinical bacterial isolates based on their incompatibility groups and molecular weight by means of RFLP. Characterisations of plasmids were done using 5 different sets of Inc primers. The plasmids were also subjected to restriction digestion using different specific restriction enzymes.
