The invention discloses a liquid flow frame structure for a flow cell and an electric pile formed by the flow cell. The liquid flow frame structure comprises a positive pole liquid flow frame and a negative pole liquid flow frame which are in a central symmetry structure and comprise main flow pipes respectively arranged in the liquid flow frames and communicated with an outer liquid storage pot; an inlet of each main flow pipe is a liquid inlet/outlet formed in the surface of the corresponding liquid flow frame; each liquid inlet/outlet is communicated with a distribution runner through a voltage stabilization cavity, a tooth profile current-limiting section and a snakelike runner in sequence, and the distribution runner is communicated with a reaction area. The structure provided by the invention not only solves the technical problem of large voltage difference caused by un-uniform liquid flow among battery cells, enables the voltage difference among the battery cells to be in a small range, greatly improves the stability and the safety of vanadium cells, effectively enhances the impedance of a conductive path of electrolyte, reduces the self discharge of shunt current, prevents the electrolyte from flowing from the side surface of the reaction area, and improves the reaction efficiency of the electrolyte.
