The invention discloses a multi-backup (N+n) dynamic detection control operation method which comprises the following steps of: (1) establishing communication between a host and a slave machine; (2) setting the number of air conditioners which simultaneously work each time and setting operating time each time; (3) detecting the number of current online air conditioners, the operating states of the current online air conditioners and addresses of the online air conditioners; (4) judging whether a switching moment is reached, jumping to the step (5) if yes, and executing the step (4) again if no; (5) determining air conditioners to be started and shut down; and (6) starting the air conditioners to be started, shutting down the air conditioners to be shut down, recording the address of the last working air conditioner after the switching, returning to the step (3) and preparing to execute the next round of circulating control. According to the multi-backup (N+n) dynamic detection control operation method disclosed by the invention, a plurality of precision air conditions are networked to be controlled, so that the networking configuration demand diversification is implemented, the constant-temperature and constant-humidity environment is met and the timed switching of each operating air conditioner is implemented.
