Method of lacquering by anodic electrocoating.

1999
Process for lacquering by anodic electrocoating, wherein the coating agent consumed in a bath Anodic electrodeposition is compensated through a material infraneutralizado filler, it characterized in that the filler material consists of A) an aqueous binder component free pigment with solids content of 40 to 70% by weight, an MEQ value of 15 to 40 and an organic solvent content of 0.5% by weight, and B) a resin component aqueous slurry containing pigment a solids content of 60 to 75% by weight, an MEQ value of 5 to 15 and a content of organic solvent 1.0% by weight, where the weight ratio of a) to B) is 1: 1 to 4: 1 and the mixture of a) and B) has a solids content of 45 to 73% by weight, a solvent content of 0.75% by weight and a value-MEQ is 60 to 70 % less than the MEQ value of electrodeposition bath.
