The invention relates to a method for repairing a gas turbine component, in particular a sealing means such as a sealing fins, wherein at least one damaged portion to be repaired from a gas turbine component, and the same will be renewed. According to the damaged and removed portion will be renewed by kinetic cold gas spraying.
