Design of Comprehensive NQI Demand Evaluation System Based on Multi-objective Evolutionary Algorithm

Aiming at the problems such as insufficiency in NQI multi-element integration and fusion and focusing on the new demands towards difference elements in national quality infrastructure in the process of transformation, an NQI comprehensive fuzzy comprehension evaluation system is designed by multi-dimension analysis towards NQI research accomplishment. The analysis and evaluation towards NQI demand are also designed for field of engineering machinery manufacturing industry. Experimental results indicate that the designed system is of high efficiency in evaluation, stability in evaluation results, and feasibility.
