Nickel saponification method for acidic phosphor extraction agent organic phase

2016
The invention discloses a nickel saponification method for an acidic phosphor extraction agent organic phase. Hydroxyl type strong-basicity styrene anion exchange resin serves as an assisting agent to achieve nickel saponification of an acidic phosphor extraction agent C272, P507 or P229. In a saponification reactor, kerosene or a sulfonated kerosene solution of the acidic phosphor type extraction agent, a nickel chloride aqueous solution and the hydroxyl type strong-basicity styrene anion exchange resin are sequentially added; and full stirring is performed at room temperature, and after a reaction ends, standing and layering are performed. The upper layer is the nickel-saponified acidic phosphor type extraction agent organic phase, the middle layer is a water phase, and the lower layer is a solid-state strong-basicity styrene anion exchange resin phase. The water phase and the styrene anion exchange resin phase are discharged, and the nickel-saponified acidic phosphor type extraction agent organic phase with the saponification rate ranging from 30% to 40% is obtained. The nickel saponification method has the beneficial effects that nickel product purity is improved, the production cost is reduced, and energy is saved.
