Experiment and calculation on insulation / thermal characteristics of high thermal conductive motors

In this study, we explored the compatibility between thermal and insulation characteristics through measurement and calculation. We propose two new high thermal conductive insulation systems for motors: a glass cross insulation system and a resin coated insulation system.
