The work seeks the development of a rural urban equipment that understands the quantitative and qualitative deficit of these in the city of Bogota, responding to the economic activities and the needs of the population located on an area of urban development in the locality of Usme, area that today counts with a partial plan in development that seeks to respond to housing needs using a traditional urban growth scheme, which has been applied since the early twentieth century. Therefore, the objective is to evaluate the locality, understanding it from the economic, social and environmental points of view, as well as to evaluate the partial plan from its implementation and its characteristics, to define how the development of a rural-urban equipment that understands each aspect that have been review can generate a change in the way of planning the development and growth of cities in Colombia and more now considering issues such as post-conflict and agricultural development, defining the work as a pilot project for a mountain country.
