ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГОЭПИЗООТОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ РАЙОНИРОВАНИЕ ТЕРРИТОРИИ И ПРОФИЛАКТИКА ЛЕПТОСПИРОЗОВ В ЗАБАЙКАЛЬСКОМ КРАЕ

Summary. The retrospective analysis of mobidity of people with leptospiroses for last 25 years is carried out, are determineda place of nosological forms in an infectious pathology of the population, feature of longterm dynamics, the tendency ofepidemic and epizootic processes, their medicosocial importance. Territories of risk of infection, time of risk, group of thepopulation, infections exposed to increased risk and diseases, etiologic structure of sick and immunologic structure amongvarious groups of the population, the reason and factors their causing, and also the fellow members of parasitic systempromoting formation of these to risk are revealed. Priority directions and optimum volume antileptospirotic actions foreach of three revealed landscape zones are recommended, allowing to render essential influence on current of epidemicprocess leptospirosis to limit action of conducting ways, factors of transfer of an infecting and risk of infection of people.
