Solar cell and manufacturing method

The present application discloses a solar cell including a substrate, a film layer formed on the substrate surface GaInAs-based batteries and battery-yl GaInAs and AlGaInP film bonded / (Al) GaInP / GaInNAs (Sb) / GaInNAs (Sb) four-junction cell layer. The present invention also discloses a method for manufacturing a solar cell. Compared with the conventional battery, the present invention integrates a battery-yl GaInAs layer and AlGaInP / (Al) GaInP / GaInNAs (Sb) / GaInNAs (Sb) coating layer four junction cells, five junction efficient and cost-bonded laminate formed after solar cell structure with better match the solar spectrum, thereby enhancing the conversion efficiency of the battery.
