무릎보조기(Armor vs. ComFix) 착용시 보행속도 변화에 따른 시상면 상에서의 Hip-Knee-Ankle의 운동역학적 거동

In this paper, it compared a new knee brace(ComFix) made by our group and a commercial product(Armor, Donjoy). For ComFix, as it consists of reciprocating hinge in order to implement 6 degree of freedom and J-curve, the locomotion could be improved during walking. To evaluate the performance of ComFix, experiment conditions were classified as walking pattern of subjects; different gait speeds (by 0.8, 1.0 and 1.2x) and with braces or no brace. Then we did the dynamic analysis about Hip-Knee-Ankle position. Stride length on different gait speed was increased to such that normal gait, wearing Armor, and wearing ComFix. But Gait cycle speed on same conditions was increased to such that normal gait, wearing ComFix, and wearing Armor. As a result of them, we could find that ComFix induced an effect of compensation for abnormal side (wearing a brace).
