Design of Hydraulic Trolley for a Certain Tunnel

Considering the geological conditions of a certain tunnel,a full-face steel formwork concrete liner tunnel trolley was designed.The constitution of the steel trolley was described.The mechanical,hydraulic,electrical system of the trolley were designed,while load analysis of trolley was made.The practical results show that this trolley meets the construction demand of the tunnel.
