We review research papers on ZnO doped with Mn thin films (Zn1-xMnxO). It is properties; magnetic properties specially, slightly depend on growth technique. Here we review on growth technique at Zn1-xMnxO thin films, specially pulsed laser deposition method and the most important properties and finally we will mention some technique for measurement its properties.
