IMPACT OF QUALITY OF SERVICE IN LOW COST SCALBLE RETAIL SOLUTION

The purpose of the paper is to provide reflections on specific rural retail business creation through entrepreneurship utilizing a quality of service framework. The approach of the research team is co creative action research were researchers with different interest take participatory approach to solve the availability of quality services in rural retails sector. We aim to provide solutions for rural communities via business creation with the large focus on creating value in quality for community members. The focus of paper has been designed to understand the existing rural retail picture with a comparative analysis on existing rural retail models. A special focus has been given to healthcare retail business started by our team of researchers, professionals, doctors and entrepreneurs and local people. The study uses the tasks of critical research to analyze the level of quality of service required for rural retail sector.
