Powder coating for instruments with metal shells

The invention discloses a powder coating for instruments with metal shells. The powder coating consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-50 parts of glycidyl epoxy resin, 4-8 parts of terpene resin T-80, 2-3 parts of titanate coupling agent TMC-TTS, 4-6 parts of aniline formaldehyde resin, 6-11 parts of diethylenetriamine, 1-2 parts of silane coupling agent KH550, 2-4 parts of aluminum oxide, 3-4 parts of oxidized polyethylene wax, 6-10 parts of illite powder and 7-10 parts of composite filler. The powder coating is mainly used for coating the instruments with metal shells; the coating film has good leveling property and strong corrosion resistance; the coating is applicable to the severe environments such as seaports, wharfs, basements and chemical industry, and has strong protection.
