Diplopía en paciente intervenida de blefaroplastia bilateral

espanolSe solicita la opinion de cinco expertos estrabologos sobre el caso clinico de una paciente de 46 anos de edad que acude por vez primera a consulta a finales de julio de 2019 por presentar diplopia vertical desde que fue intervenida de blefaroplastia bilateral en abril del mismo ano. Se les informa de los antecedentes sistemicos y oculares, de las pruebas que aporta y de aquellas que se le solicitan, asi como de la exploracion actual de la paciente. Y se les pide su opinion acerca de las siguientes cuestiones: 1. Posibles diagnosticos y diagnostico definitivo. 2. ?Efectuarias o solicitarias alguna otra prueba? 3. ?Realizarias ya tratamiento quirurgico o esperarias (y cuanto tiempo)? 4. ?Que cirugia realizarias? ?Que tipo de anestesia emplearias? ?Tendrias en cuenta algun dato perioperatorio para cambiar o decidir el protocolo quirurgico? Se exponen los comentarios completos de todos los panelistas y se hace un resumen final de los mismos. Finalmente, se informa de la cirugia que se le realizo a la paciente y del resultado obtenido. EnglishThe opinion of five expert strabismologists is requested in regards to the clinical case of a 46-yearold female patient consulting in late July 2019 because of vertical diplopia after undergoing bilateral blepharoplasty in April of the same year. They are informed of the past systemic and ocular history, the tests done and those requested, as well as the findings of the patient´s current examination. All experts are asked to give their opinion concerning the following questions: 1. Possible diagnoses and definitive diagnosis. 2. Would you carry out or request any other test? 3. Would you already perform surgical treatment or would you wait (and for how long)? 4. What surgery would you perform? What type of anesthesia would you use? Would you consider any peri-operative data to change or decide the surgical protocol? The comments of the five panelists are presented and a final summary is given. Finally, the surgery performed on the patient and the result obtained are also reported.
