The invention discloses a complex-surface recast-layer-free single/group-hole multi-station electric spark-electrolytic machine tool which comprises a machine tool body, a cathode system, a working solution circulating system, a power system and a control system. A control circuit of the power system controls switching among different-waveform power supplies according to different machining requirements, a power signal is applied to tool electrodes and a workpiece power supply system via an output circuit, and a single-loop or multi-loop power supply mode is adopted to independently supply power to the tool electrodes. A working solution circulation switching device can meet special requirements on free switching of internal and external solution flushing of tube electrodes for electric spark-electrolytic combined machining, and high-low pressure solution flushing and intermittent solution flushing can be realized; a clamping system of the cathode system can clamp single or multiple tool electrodes to realize single-hole and group-hole multi-station synchronous machining. The machine tool can realize electric spark-electrolytic combined hole-forming machining, and is simple in mechanism, high in machining efficiency and wide in application range; machined hole walls have no defects such as recast layers and micro cracks.
