The present invention discloses a marine mobile AMEDAS the virtual instrument. Including weather, compass and a global positioning system device, the automatic weather station, GPS and compass device communicate with the computer through the serial port connected to the AWS, compass and global positioning system GPS device installed on board, by storing in conjunction with the main program in a computer generated virtual main instrument for controlling the external device and sampling, the collected data and the wind speed vector calculation, averaging processing, the true wind speed data processing and the original data are stored, display. The present invention utilizes virtual instrument in the measuring system is the core technology platform to build complete control related equipment, integrated data collection, storage and computation, high accuracy; average wind parameters may be recorded while the two modes, the system having a mode of operation and setting memory function.
