The preparation and characterization of superconducting thin films in a homogeneous dispersion system
1992
Superconducting thin films YBa2Cu3O7−x of a large size and arbitrary shapes were synthesized in situ on (100) SrTiO3 substrates by colloidal suspension deposition using a suspension consisting of monodispersed particles of Y2O3, BaO and CuO of nanocrystalline 50 to 200 nm in size. The thicknesses of the superconducting films ranged from 2000 to 5000 A. The orthorhombic to tetragonal phase transition in superconducting thin films YBa2Cu3O7−x under different temperatures and durations in flowing oxygen was investigated by means of X-ray diffraction.
