EDUCAÇÃO PERMANENTE EM SAÚDE COM CRIANCAS E ADOLESCENTES: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA

Permanent Education in Health presents itself as a proposal for action to transform the daily life of health services, as it proposes to accept the challenges experienced and enable cooperative practices and training processes to face them. This work is an experience report that describes the permanent education process of Community Health Agents (ACS) Mirins in the city of Acopiara-CE. The experiences are described from the perspective of a nurse-resident in family health about health education workshops held with the ACS Mirins in one of the basic health units in the city. Based on the experience, it was possible to verify that the exchange of knowledge and experiences among the participants enabled the ACS Mirins to be trained by the multidisciplinary team as critical, reflective, ethical and reality-transforming subjects, capable of developing actions for the promotion and prevention of grievances in the family and community of the territory in which they are inserted.
