Eficacia en la función tutorial en Entornos Mediados de Aprendizaje

Universities in many developed countries have already made the challenges of new learning stages, adapting methodological practices and adopting the virtual mode as clear and convincing proposal for undergraduate and graduate, in which the role of the teacher-tutor becomes essential role. This work deeper in the tutorial function and its importance in virtual environments, competencies and skills required by the teacher, the design and planning of the tutorial and their specific tasks, monitoring and evaluation as the base for optimizing processes from the experience gained both in the experience of the authors own in distance education as students, as well as situations that are experienced during the exercise itself tutorial function during the formative stages planned under the "Strategic Plan for the inclusion of ICT in educational processes and implementation of distance education in the FACET Area Training ", developed by the Center for Distance Education and Research in Educational Technologies (CEDITE), Faculty of Sciences and Technology at the National University of Tucuman. The proposal is defined in tips or practical advice that will capture the essence of virtual tutoring.
