The study on aluminum state in tea-water by 27Al NMR spectroscopy method

Abstract The aluminum state in tea-water was studied by 27 Al NMR Spectroscopy method. Various samples were determined such as green tea, black tea and oolong tea from all over China. The result is that no aluminum ion was detected, only aluminum complexes were formed by aluminum(III), and polyphenols.
