Use of Forcing Algorithms in Search Methods in Systems with Direct Moment Control

Ensuring energy saving in asynchronous electric drive control systems is an urgent topic for research. In order to achieve energy-saving mode by reducing power consumption, it is proposed to use search algorithms, the advantage of which is independence from the properties of the object, which is controlled, and reliability. When a signal for data correction appears, the search algorithm needs time to find the optimal point, so its use in devices with cyclic action with short-term cycles or on objects with sharply variable load patterns is impractical. The solution to this problem is possible by introducing forcing algorithms that reduce the time between cyclic surveys in search methods and reduce the transition time. In this paper, the mechanism of movement of the bridge crane trolley is used as the object under study.
