Automatic detecting system for welding seam

The automatic detecting system for the welding seam comprises a strip steel material-passing platform, strip steel, the welding seam, a welding machine, an industrial computer CPU, a red light, a green light, a traction trolley device and a welding seam detecting device, wherein the strip steel is positioned above the strip steel material-passing platform, and the welding seam is positioned on the strip steel; the welding machine is used for welding the strip steel; the red light is used for expressing unqualified welding seams; the green light is used for expressing qualified welding seams; the traction trolley device is used for dragging the welding seam to the welding seam detecting device; the welding seam detecting device is positioned between the welding seam and the traction trolley device and is used for detecting the welding seam. The dragging distance of the traction trolley device is equal to the distance that the welding seam is dragged to the welding seam detecting device. A signal after the welding machine completes a welding process is input to the industrial computer CPU, and the industrial computer CPU outputs a signal for dragging a traction-trolley hydraulic cylinder to descend according to the input signal. The automatic detecting system for the welding seam can reliably detect the quality of the welding seam and accelerates the speed for detecting the welding seam. Meanwhile, manual operation is reduced, manual inspection for the welding seam is avoided, and personnel security is protected.
