Recently,the USA Congress has passed a finance rescue bill referring to 700 billion dollars.This plan aims at stabilizing the economy and preventing financial crisis from worsening by buying non-performing loans from banks.As soon as this plan was published,disputes are aroused immediately:One side thinks that government’s adopting timely rescue measures is worth affirming;another part insists that the amount of the funds of the tax payer it referring to is too large,and there is little possibility for the plan to pave the way for the economy of the United States.There is still a big question about this plan’s effect under the current situation in the USA.
