Взаимодействие антиоксиданта (натрия сульфита) с солями 3-гидрокси-6-метил-2-этилпиридина

2014
In formulation of drugs it is necessary to take into account the possible interactions of salt forms of organic bases and excipients, which can lead to pH shift, formation of low-soluble organic bases, and change in the mechanism of their action. In this work, the interaction between a pharmaceutical substance (3-hydroxy-6-methyl-2-ethylpiridine as antihypoxant) and excipient (sodium sulfite as antioxidant) has been investigated on a cell culture (SpiroTox model) in aqueous solutions with different deuterium/protium ratios. Solid products of interaction were analyzed by method of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
