The embodiment of the invention discloses a method, a device and a system for circuit domain dropping. The method comprises the following steps: receiving an S102 direct transmission message sent by an interoperating solution functional entity 1xCS IWS of the circuit domain dropping, wherein the S102 direct transmission message comprises a single-carrier radio transmission technology 1xRTT message; determining whether the 1xRTT message is a paging request message or not; when the 1xRTT message is a paging request message, notifying the terminal to drop to the circuit domain indicated by a core network domain indicator in an LTE paging request message through a terminal identification paging terminal in the LTE paging request message. The embodiment of the invention can reduce the speech business terminating time delay and the complexity of the CSFB process within the 3GPP2 CDMA system.
