Improvement of Toyota Area ITS START21

City of Toyota has introduced our implementation of Toyota area ITS �START21� at the previous World Congress on ITS in Nagoya, Japan. We are now under its improvement like application to municipality merging and reexamination based on evaluation of field experiments. This paper reveals next generation ITS development from partnership with urban construction.
