The method comprises steps: N terminals in the air control system in a cooperative work mode are determined, wherein the air control system is a system for adjusting an air state of ambient air; the terminals in the cooperative work mode are used for adjusting the ambient air state to be a first air state, and N is a positive integer; at least one piece of parameter information corresponding to the N terminals is acquired; and according to the at least one piece of parameter information and the first air state, first faults corresponding to the air control system are determined, wherein the first faults comprise a terminal fault and at least one fault in the cooperative relation, and the cooperative relation is built between terminals for being corresponding to the cooperative work mode.
