Алгоритм дифференциальной диагностики и коррекции кишечных дисбиозов

We gave a theoretical justification of the method of intestinal dysbiosis correction, which based on a comprehensive immuno – microbiological examination combining with quantitative and qualitative composition study of intestinal microbiota as soon as with a study of immune reactivity of the organism to bifidobacteria. Immunological studies were performed using erythrocyte diagnosticum made by the original patented technology, tapping in the indirect hemagglutination titers of antibodies to antigens of bifidobacteria. In the framework of the task we performed bacteriological and serological tests of 314 samples coprofiltrates of children from 1 year to 14 years. Determined the structure and level of dysbiosis immunoreactivity to the indigenous microflora. Based on the results we presented the algorithm of comprehensive study with a justification of possible ways of correcting disbiotic changes.
