Magnetic nanosized sorbent material based on MnFe 2 O 4 (MnNPs) was synthesized by co-precipitation. Silica coated nanoparticles (SMnNPs) were obtained and both types coated and non-coated nanoparticles were tested for solid phase exstraction of V, Co, Cr, Ni, Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd complexes with ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (APDC).
