The present invention relates to a dispersion of (meth) acrylic acid for impregnating a fibrous substrate, characterized in that it comprises at least one silylated polymer or a (meth) acrylic silyl obtained by emulsion polymerization of a mixture of monomers comprising one or more (meth) acrylic. The invention also relates to a method for impregnating a fibrous substrate with the dispersion of (meth) acrylic acid, and a method of manufacture of mechanical parts or structural elements or articles from a fibrous substrate impregnated by said dispersion.
