Une nouvelle technologie pour les échangeurs thermiques : Le Nanofluide

2007
Nanofluids are colloidal suspensions made of nanometer-sized particles dispersed in a conventional fluid. Their unusual thermal properties explain intensive investigations during last decade. Indeed, experimental results show a significant enhancement of heat transfer which can be not now clearly explained. This heat transfer improvement makes nanofluids particularly well-suited in heat exchanger designs with forced convection and can be considered as a new promising technology for heat transfer enhancement. In this study, one deals especially with carbon nanotubes solutions, which have demonstrated to be good candidates for heat transfer coefficient enhancement in forced convection. Mots-clefs : transferts de chaleur; nanofluides; nanotubes de carbone
