TROFOLOGIC THE STATUS OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE AND LEPTIN REGULATION OF THE ENERGY EXPENDITURE

2010
Summary. At patients chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) average degree of gravity and heavy stages decrease absorption functions of a thin gut is established concerning fats, progressing with weight of disease and correlating with decrease in the relative maintenance of fat in structure of weight of body. De/nition of the relative maintenance of fat in structure of weight of body a method of a bioelectric impedance at patients COPD average degree of gravity and heavy stages can be the earliest parameter development of trofologic insu0ciency in comparison with a parameter of body mass index and serves as a warning signal for strategy di3erentiated correction to therapy. At patients COPD II, III stages downturn of a level leptin wheys of blood in comparison with representatives of group of the control and patients COPD I of the stage, correlating with progressing weight COPD and decrease in the relative maintenance of fat in structure of weight of body is de/ned.
