The monitoring measurement system comprises a measured data receiving interface, a measuring point parameter or task obtaining interface and management systems of all levels. The monitoring management system is connected with the database server. The underground water remote monitoring system has the advantages that underground water of a monitoring point can be effectively monitored, measured data can be returned in time so that the background monitoring management system can analyze and renew the data in time, the defect that a traditional testing method is limited by people and devices is effectively overcome, and the underground water monitoring work is effectively improved.
