Spark-ignition direct injection engine, control means for this, methods for controlling an engine, and computer program product

2013
Spark ignition engine, comprising: an engine body having at least one cylinder (18) having a combustion chamber (19) formed in an upper portion thereof and is used for supplying fuel containing mainly gasoline; a fuel injection valve (67) for injecting fuel into the combustion chamber (19); a spark plug (25) which is arranged to be oriented toward an interior of the combustion chamber (19), and for igniting a mixed gas within the combustion chamber (19) is used; an EGR deployment system for introducing exhaust gas into the cylinder (18); and a regulating or control means (10) for operating the motor by controlling at least the fuel injection valve (67), the spark plug (25) and the EGR Einbringsystems, wherein said control means (10) regulates or controls in order to burn the mixed gas within the combustion chamber (19) by being compressed for spontaneous combustion within a compression self-ignition combustion-applying region which is lower in an engine load than a predetermined first engine load, and to the mixed gas within the combustion chamber (19) to burn by a spark ignition by using the spark plug (25) within a spark ignition internal combustion-applying region which is higher in engine load than the first load motor, wherein during the entire spark ignition combustion-applying region except a portion of a fully open throttle valve said control means (10) controls the EGR deployment system or controls, to enter the cylinder (18) incorporate at least to a low temperature cooled EGR gas, which is an exhaust gas that is cooled by heat exchange, and said control means within the compression self-ignition-applying region (10), the EGR deployment system regulates or controls, to enter the cylinder (18) at least hot EGR gas introducing which has a higher temperature than the cooled EGR gas, ...
