2009
The diversity of Coleoptera insects was invested in rice planting traditional ecosystem in Yuanyang Terrace,Yunnan,by using Malaiseent traps from April to October in 2007 and 2008.There were 130 species 22 families and 984 individuals of Coleoptera insects were trapped. The Species richness,Shannon wiener index of diversity, evenness and dominance index were 18.7,5.27,0.75,4.99,respectively.The diversity index ofinsect communities in the terrace with a rank of the following:Alleculidae Coccinellidae Cerambycidae Melolonthinae Rutelinae Elateridae = Carabidae Curculionidae Crioceridae Sericcidae Tenebrionidae = Cetoniinae.Trapped coleoptera insects were phytophages, predators, saprophages, among of them,139 individuals from 34 species were predators, the species richness,Shannon weaver index of diversity and evenness was 6.69,4.48,0.88,respectively.There are 94 species of 843 individuals of phytophages, the species richness,Shannon wiener index of diversity, and evenness was 13.80,4.70,0.72.Moreover,2 species of 2 individuals were saprophages. The community dynamic were clustered to 3 groups according to cluster analyses, the first group was in April and August, the second in July,September and October, the third group was in the May and Jun.The highest population was in the third group,as that from April to October throughout the rice growth season.
