WITH THE INCREASE in sexual activity and its attendant decrease in the age of first coitus,' the age for the development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is also expected to fall. ~. :~ Cytology is the most useful screening method for case finding and should be available to all female teenagers who are sexually active. This report concerns the management of 183 adolescents with abnormal cervical cytology.
